Removing congestive energy (CE) is the first step to taking back control of your body and mind For better health

 Purpose: Take back control of your body, mind and be healthy!  Removal of CE (congestive energy) is first before introducing drugs or trying alternative meds.   As long as CE is present in the body there can be no easy to heal and stay healed!
How: to get all bad out and away from you. CE is the bad and you have to stop the CE invasion..it is in all of us!! CE is everywhere and is what causes problems from pimples to cancer whenever it gets to dense, in any one location in the body.
It usually attacks the neck, spine, blood then vital organs. It truly enjoys watching you wonder why so many things can go wrong in your body. So it rarely attacks the conscious brain, first.
How to get it out of your body?: MRDT with regular TPTs. MRDT removes it with hands on and TPT takes it out through the fingers as they are projected to the left then the right of the body like a Tea Pot.
How often?: 2 times a day (3 - 5 min.); am & pm or as often as you feel it necessary. You will know..”listen to your body!”Difficulty: This is simple some say to simple, it is fast, takes less than 2 minutes. Anyone can do it, anywhere (within reason)
Results: it works!!!! If you truly want out it out of your body, mind and the control back of your body.
Purpose: Why do it? the TPT removes the congestive energy (CE) which leads to all health issues eventually, mental or physical.Conclusion: By removing the CE, all the things you do after, to stay healthy, will now work! Instruction for the TPT (tea pot tilt)..for these few minutes you are a soldier, attacking the enemy within!
Your mission: is to search out, destroy, extract, remove and even kill this enemy within. Things like virus and bacterial invasions will also be served notice you no long want them in you!.

Stand at attention...perfect posture is a must here..put your head back, you must pull in your tummy and keep it in, during this tea pot tilt....you are a smart tough soldier, going into battle.
Act like it, for these few minutes.
Step 1: Feet are close together not apart because your are standing at attention!
Now lock the spine and neck..lock it with a strong determination..your head can not move..it is now a rock!
You are thinking of everything that has pissed you off.  What has happened to your body and to your surroundings.  You do not want it there or even around you!
You are damn angry.  So you show it, act it! ...Growl, Sneer, Yell...

Think this mantra: "I want everything bad out of me and away from me"
Step 2: you must always TILT the tea pot to the left first (this clears the heart and blood )

At attention, soldier!!! Now bring the right arm up over your head, with upper arm close to the right ear BUT not touching it or any hair,( as that will ground out this action).
Bend the elbow to encircle the skull, again do not touch your hair....
so now your right hand is above the left ear (up over the hair) and your palm is facing down.

This is the tea pot handle...(one of those new modern tea pot handles higher up on the pot )

Note: You have to have your right hand fingers reaching past the left ear (palm facing down on top of your head).
.Step 3: spread the right hand fingers, spread them apart, hard and in a determined stretching. Your casting all bad out of your body and you mean it. Repeat this over and over in your mind "I want all bad out and a way from me"
Step 4: Bring your left arm out from your stiff body and hold it at a 45 degree angle from your body pointing down like a tea pot spout. (maintain this 45 degree angle even when you tilt.)
Spread the fingers out hard, stiff and determined, until they are shaking with your determination.
You now ready to dump the compressed energy(EC) out of your body.

TAKE A DEEP INHALE
Step 5: TILT left..hard left, it has to hrut and maintain the stiff body..you are only bending at the waist..so this has to hurt... to work!!!!!!!
(at this point a friend might help intensify the pain of the tilt by putting one hand on your right shoulder and one hand on your left hip and then force you to tilt to the max of pain you can handle..

Hold your BREATH at this extreme tilt for a count of "five" with or without the help of a friend.

Exhale and quickly stand up, ..shake off your hands..shake off your body and relax.
REPEAT FOR THE TILT RIGHT

This may sound too simple but it works.  
However like so many things you should be keeping track of your body warning signs.  
The body will warn you of pending problems from coughing, headaches, lack of sleep, stomach cramps to sores on the skin.  
A diary for health, is something I strongly recommend.  When something new happens, mark the date, time it happened, give brief discription and if a recurrence happens record it again.
The next most valuable tool for good health is the Blood Pressure (BP) Monitor.  The readings should be taken frequently during new health concern issues of the body.  
The BP tells the knowledgeable health professional if something is wrong.  
Showing your health professional your diary when you are concerned is what will give you the best help to cure or fix a health issue.
The next thing is knowledge.  Make sure you study up and learn as much as you can on whatever concerns you.  Regardless of the problem and educated mind will help the body.
